North:

1) Nebraska: As he hoisted the Holiday Bowl trophy at the end of last season Coach Bo Pelini said that Nebraska was back.  I believe that he is right and unless Nebraska loses games like they did last year to Iowa State the Huskers should come away once again with the top spot in the North.

2) Missouri: Missouri gave Nebraska everything they could handle last year at Missouri. With Blaine Gabbert in his second season as quarterback they should once again be formidable in conference and could possibly even knock off Nebraska.

3) Kansas State: With Bill Snyder in his second year back at the helm, the Wildcats should continue to imporve upon last season's success.
