However now since the hiring of Tom Cable as head coach, there is definitely a new attitude in Oakland. The Raiders are in open waters and are now on the prowl.

When Jon Gruden left the Oakland Raiders it seems to me that the magic simply left. Rich Gannon, (Charles and Rod)Woodson and Tim Brown all performed well under Gruden since he was a maniac.
