It's time for the AFC West, which is a bunched up division when it comes to QBs. After the Chargers with Phil Rivers, the other three teams have a bunch of guys on their rosters. It seems as if Phil Rivers has become a disappointment in the eyes of Chargers' fans with another early round playoff exit last season. Is Rivers still on top of the AFC West?
