Monday Night Football: Redskins Defense Can’t Handle Vick and the Eagles

The defense, which ranks 31st in the NFL anyway, has been nothing short of it's numbers. Michael Vick is having a field day against the secondary and there's no adjustments that the Redskins can even try. 

Numerous times tonight, the Redskins have been torched by Vick when lining up six defensive backs in coverage. While it's truly unexplainable, it's also amazing to watch as Vick finds the holes in the coverage (trying to avoid those Swiss cheese references). 

The NFL record (I believe) for yards in a game by one team is 735 by the Los Angeles Rams against the New York Yanks in 1950. The Eagles have 501 yards with six minutes left to go in the third quarter.
