Why? Because he didn't record 15 sacks and didn't go to the Pro-Bowl? Let me inform you that defensive tackles are one of the slowest positions to develop as a player, especially as a rookie. Not many D-tackles become rookie of the year.
Dorsey will be moving to defensive end due to the Chiefs going to the 3-4 defense. Dorsey is too light to be the nose tackle, and I agree. Dorsey should be able to record more sacks and tackles at his new position.
But is Dorsey fast enough for his new position?
He might need a year or two to adjust to his new position. I have no clue if he will become a Pro-Bowl D-end or a complete bust.
