Raiders go into unbalanced line right (two tackles to the wide side).
Raiders alternate three tight ends and four tight ends to wide side.
Full house backfield: Russell, Lawton and Fargas, and Bush alternate with McFadden.
Run it up the gut. Run it off tackle to wide side. Run it around end wide side. Run it cross-buck to weak side.
When defending LBs/CBs/SS cheat up close to stop the run: pass. Russell keeps it, rolling right and dinks and dunks it to open guy. Russell does this again and two receivers run Hook and Ladder.
