... released our Week 10 fantasy rankings. Here are some notes about running backs and run defenses as we head into this week's games:
- Browns running back Peyton Hillis, the AFC Offensive Player of the Week, had 29 carries for 184 yards and two touchdowns against the Patriots last week. This week, he faces the Jets, who have allowed no 100-yard rushers and the fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.
