Can Reggie Brown Start For The Philadelphia Eagles In 2009?

Having just selected standout Defensive Tackle Mike Patterson with the 31st pick, perhaps with this 35th pick acquired from Miami, the Eagles will address the offense.  After all T.O. has mentioned he is upset about his contract.

"With the 35th pick of the 2005 draft the Eagles select Reggie Brown, WR, from the University of Georgia"
