Kenny Britt, the lone unsigned rookie, and the Titans agreed to a five-year, $12.25 million deal with $6.5 million guaranteed late Saturday.
"We've started training camp and he needs to be here," Titans general manager Mike Reinfeldt said during the post practice press conference.
Tennessee have had players miss the first two days of training camp before due to contract negotiations.
Safety Michael Griffin, the team's top draft choice in 2007, missed two practices before signing his deal and was on field for the third session on the second day. Last year's rookie sensation Chris Johnson missed the first two practices.
