That worked out pretty well. Didn’t it? So what makes a great coaching job in college football? Some may say great tradition, facilities, and a loyal fan base. Some might argue that a head coaching job in a recruiting hot bed like Texas, California, or the southeast is essential. A few things are certain. A top job will need those previously mentioned perks, but at the end of the day, the best gigs will give coaches the ability to compete for national championships and make a lot of money.
