Mike Leach produced a 28 win and 22 loss record against Big 12 South opponents during his tenure in Lubbock. He was particularly successful against Texas A&M, Baylor and Oklahoma State University.

In his ten years at Tech, Leach won 10 times against Baylor, 7 times against Texas A&M and 6 times against Oklahoma State University. With his absence, look for those programs to up their winning percentage against the Red Raiders.
