He was suspended due to violating the league's substance abuse policy and also faces potential prison time following a 2008 arrest when he was found outside a Houston night club with 200 grams of codeine.

This incident is unfortunate for him personally, but it also has a reflection on the university, which is one known for its upstanding traditions and morals.
