South Carolina Wins, but Pass Defense Serves Up Halloween Scares

... excited as I am about South Carolina winning the Tennessee game and continuing to control its own destiny for an SEC East championship and a shot at the whole SEC, one little seed crept into my head.

It is something I have been putting off all season, making excuses: Oh, it's the system; oh, the players are just having a rough year; oh, the teams have to pass more because they are down.

I can't put off saying it any longer.

South Carolina's pass defense is undeniably, unequivocally, absolutely AWFUL. 

South Carolina is currently giving up 259.9 yards per game in the air, which ranks 98th in the country. That is ridiculous.
