The partial problem to this is the fact he chose West Virginia. In 2007 Devine had to work with White and Slaton, an outstanding one-two punch already. In 2008 he had to deal with coaching changes, offensive scheme changes, and a key missing blocker in Owen Schmitt.
Everything changes this year.
I honestly believe that Noel Devine is one of the best running backs in the country, if not the best.
He is by far, the quickest and most agile running back in the country. Though he is very small, 5'8 175 lbs, he is extremely strong and his low center of gravity is unparallelled.
