Jefrrey Demps, with world class sprinter speed, can bust a move on anyone at anytime. His breakaway speed leaves defenders in the dust. Providing he can stay healthy, he should represent the real staple at running back.
Chirs Rainey has the same speed as Demps, but will most likely be a down-the-field runner with possible some swing passes and or screens. Rainey can catch well out of the backfield as an added weapon.
