At present, it looks like Cleveland, St. Louis, Minnesota, Washington, Miami, Buffalo, Denver, Jacksonville, Tennessee, Oakland, Carolina, Dallas, Arizona, Seattle, and San Francisco could all very well be looking for a new franchise QB this off-season. That's 15 teams.
