2010 College Football Predictions: Breaking Down Texas’ Running Backs

... Game last season, its running game most definitely left something to be desired. It's not often that a team can rank among the top 15 in the nation in yards gained, and top three in points per game, and still have fans believing that the offense is patently flawed. But such is the case in Austin. A byproduct of Mack Brown's success during his tenure at the school is that anything less than a national championship for the Longhorns is a disappointment. So at the conclusion of last season, fans began pointing fingers. The general concerns about the lack of a running game that the Longhorns have sported are warranted however. Last season Texas ranked 61st in the nation in rushing yards per game, and had only one back break 500 yards on the season....
