There are some very good reasons to be mad at Teddy.
For example, Ted does not do free agency. The only signings he's done is with Woodson, Pickett, and Chillar. These have proven to be successful signings. But he's been manager for five years, you'd think he'd be more aggressive than this.
Take the Bears for instance. They're paying $91 million to Julius Peppers in a six-year deal. They signed possibly the best second string RB in the free market in Chester Taylor for $12 million. These are good examples of aggressive moves in free agency.
