The Madden NFL Football series developed by EA Sports has been out on video game consoles for years now.
There has been much talk about the players featured on the front cover as being 'cursed' for the season, as it seems once a player has been featured on the front cover, they sustain serious injuries or their team has a mediocre performance during that season.
This year's latest (Madden 2010) installment of the game featured, for the first time, two players; Steelers Safety Troy Polamalu and Cardinals Wide Receiver Larry Fitzgerald.
Both were featured players in last year's Super Bowl.
