... lot of people are guilty of being an annual buyer of EA Sports mega popular video game, including me. But one thing that frustrates me is when people talk about a player being good in real life, because of his rating in Madden.

I have to say that I am a typically critical of the guys over at EA when it comes to player and team ratings. It appears this year will not be much different.

As EA carefully releases information about this year's game, which is scheduled to hit shelves August 10, they have now released each team's overall rating for the 2010 NFL season.

Last year, EA started the Lions out at an overall rating of 65. That was of course following the historic 0-16 season.
