There are several ways of determining a Raider victory.  First of all, if the game is determined by 7 points or less, in the opponents favor, then it is a Raider win.  Also, if the Raiders achieve victory over any team in the league, then any team that the previously defeated team has achieved victory over, is deemed as sub-par against the Raiders, without an actual game.  Hence, Oakland defeated Kansas City, Kansas City defeated Pittsburgh, and in turn, without even playing today, Oakland has defeated the Steelers.
