... watch the premier of Hard Knocks last night. I have always liked this series and was really happy to hear that the Bengals would be the subject of the show this year. Here are some thoughts in regard to the show:

• First, I thought the Reggie Kelly segment was very difficult to watch. When you think of professional athletes most people just think about the money. At times it's easy to forget that theses guys put in a lot of hard work in the offseason getting ready for the 16 game season. When we lost Kelly I was bummed, but not really that upset. After watching the show, I now realize how important Reggie Kelly really is to the team. To see Reggie Kelly, a grown man, crying because he couldn't play this year really opened my eyes ...
