... free agency and loss of veterans this off season. It seemed before the draft that every veteran on the team was either getting cut, traded, or leaving voluntarily. The 2010 roster the Chargers put out on the field will have many different faces than the 2009 roster. Theres no doubt the team has gone in a new direction. However, smartly, the Chargers managed to keep at least one veteran in every position. Now those players have to make a leap up this season in many aspects. They have to go from student to teacher, from follower to leader, in the shadows to in the spotlight. Their classroom starts with training camp. It will continue through pre season, and into the regular season , and hopefully into the post season. There is no margin for err...
