I remember watching Fouts on the television as a kid, and have no problem seeing him at the top spot. The man played 181 games for the Bolts over 15 seasons. He left the game and retired without a single bad word for the community, and a Chargers jersey in the Hall of Fame.
I remember watching Fouts in a lot of high energy, fast-paced shootouts, and as I look back, never thought we would have had a quarterback that good.
