Now, a Michigan judge has put a hold on the sale because of a complaint that another company already had a deal to buy it.
But that's neither here nor there.
Considering that the stadium was built for $55.7 million in 1975, I'd say that's a pretty good deal, and now I'm deeply regretting not taking out a home-loan to purchase the domed-mammoth.
I'm just wondering if the first-time home buyers credit would count if I bought it?
