Michael Vick Signs with Philadelphia Eagles

... two year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles. Vick gets $1.5 million the first year and there is a team option the second year worth $5.5 million.

Vick hasn't played in a game since 2006 after a 23 month prison sentence. Vick is currently conditionally suspended and can be fully re-instated by week six. He is allowed to participate in practice, preseason workouts and can play in the last two preseason games with the eagles.

While in prison Vick filed for bankruptcy, so this contract is pending the approval of the bankruptcy judge. On December 6 the Eagles will play the Falcons, Vick's former team.
