As we all know, Al Davis is not a patient man. The Oakland Raiders have had five different head coaches the past eight years. And as we all know, Al Davis is not the smartest man in the world.

This morning on the 1530 Homer radio station, Richard Seymour was quoted as saying, "You can mark it down. The Raiders will be in the playoffs in 2009." Don't get me wrong, I am fine with Seymour saying this, but I am worried about one thing.

I think Al Davis will listen to this, and he will believe Seymour. And if push comes to shove, and the Raiders fall short...
