I understand that he plead guilty and had no priors. I also understand he agreed to pay a hefty sum to the family. But the guy messed up huge and was facing 15 years. How does that come down to 24 days?!?!?!? Way to set an example for young athletes not to drink and drive.

When NYC mayor Mike Bloomberg and the DA's office is setting an example for athletes that misbehave with Plaxico Burress, Miami is doing the exact opposite. Bad job Goat of the Week.
