The big question when it comes to Bulger is he washed up or did the Rams lack of talent make Bulger look bad? When we look at Bulger's stats he had four really good years from 2003 to 2007. He amassed 14,407 yards, 81 TDs, and only 53 INTs. 2007 was his best year as he threw for 4,301 yards, 24 TDs and only 8 INTs. He topped 3,500 yards ever year except for 05-06 when he only played in 8 games. I think that he still has the talent and put on the right team he could still be a good starter in this league. So here are my 10 teams that should give Marc Bulger a look.
