Does the NFL Know We’re in a Recession?

Well, let me remind them.

Our current national debt is $12.4 trillion. That's $40k in debt split amongst each of our nation's 308 million citizens, and it's rising to the tune of $3.8 billion a day. The national minimum wage is $7.25/hr, and the national unemployment rate is nearly 10 percent.

So, what is the NFL's answer?

Surprisingly, they aren't satisfied with their current position, making on average 15 times more than the national average householdĀ income of $50,740. The demands for new stadiums, higher player salaries, and higher ticket prices increase every year.
