One of my colleagues, Elias Trejo said, "With the talent still on the board, it almost feels like a first round all over again." That about sums it up. What follows is a review of all the second round picks and a grade for each pick. The grading will take into account the talent of the player, how well he'll fit the team that drafts him, and the value the player brings. Let's see how the second round unfolded.
