2010 NFL Draft: Is Ndamukong Suh the Best DT Since Warren Sapp?

... touted defensive tackles to enter the NFL draft since the days of Warren Sapp.

Now this could be debatable, since Oklahoma's Gerald McCoy is rated higher on many draft boards than Suh, but Suh's disruptive statistics like sacks and tackles for loss far outweigh McCoy's.

Suh had 24 sacks and 56 tackles for loss in his career, whereas McCoy had 14 sacks and 33 tackles for loss.

Getting back to the point, Suh's name has been mentioned far more than McCoy or any other defensive tackle since Sapp.

Defensive tackles have been a favorite of teams in the first round, especially since Sapp arrived on the scene as the No. 12 overall pick out of the University of Miami to Tampa Bay in the 1995 NFL Draft.
