Chris Harper, the transfer from Oregon has opened many eyes with his return to his home in Kansas.

Harper is a quarterback/wide receiver that left Oregon after a botched attempt at quarterback last season. According to many sources, he was just a home-sick player and if in fact he was not home-sick he would be in a Oregon uniform next year as well.

Reportedly the sophomore had interest in Kansas State on the account of the return of Bill Synder.
