Looking at this coming 2010 season, here are the games that need to be added:
Iowa @ Illinois
Penn State @ Wisconsin
Minnesota @ Indiana
Ohio State @ Notre Dame
Notre Dame @ Northwestern
Yes. In case you missed it, that is Notre Dame appearing in those games.
The minimum number of games played within a conference in order for a team to be considered a part of the conference (and thus count toward reaching the desired 12 team Conference-Championship-Game minimum) is five.
