Getting a recruit like Williams could change a program and help them recruit better players, or give them a playmaker at the receiver position that is a much needed position for most teams.

Williams says that all schools have an equal chance right now and it will come down to a couple of items. 

One is the business school at each school which Williams wants to major in, getting along with fellow players at each program, what type of offense they run and what quarterbacks and receivers are in front of him.
