You are the head football coach at TCU (Cincinnati or Boise State). Here is what you have to tell your team the first day of summer camp, “OK fellas, our system for success is tried, tested, and true.  You’re going to work harder than you’ve ever worked before.  And if each of you fully commit to this process, really believe in this system, then together we will be a great team and maybe win a sub-major bowl championship or if we're lucky a minor BCS Bowl  because we don't play in the "Big Boys" conferences!"
