Predicting the 2009 Iowa Hawkeye Football Season: Indiana

Article By on 24th August, 2009

... 97th in the country in scoring offense and ranked 107th in total defense, I was amazed to learn that the Indiana Hoosiers were deciding to go ahead with their 2009 season.

My amazement was also fueled by Indiana losing its main offensive contributors in RB Marcus Thigpen and WR Andrew Means. Then, it dismissed its talented quarterback, Kellen Lewis, due to continued team violations.

Everyone should give the Hoosiers credit for not forfeiting the 2009 season.

While Indiana has question marks at quarterback and running back, it also has a few questions about its run defense.  Bleacher Report - College Football
