Last year the Ducks had a few gamebreakers on defense. Gone are Nick Reed, Patrick Chung, and Jarius Byrd. That raises the question of will pass defense be Oregon’s achilles heel this year? Will their replacements be able to raise their level of play to the same caliber? Will they be ready to go by September 3rd?
