Boise State's offense was too much as they outlasted a respectable attack from the Oregon State Beavers.
Broncos quarterback Kellen Moore passed for 288 yards and three touchdowns, finding favorite targets Titus Young and Austin Pettis nine times for 198 yards. Pettis also threw for a touchdown in the first quarter.
For Oregon State, the concern over a young quarterback proved justified as Katz showed signs of increased performance, but ultimately was unable to make something out of nothing against staunch Broncos pass coverage.
