Oregon Football: Jeremiah Masoli Suspended for Season, James Gets One Game

... decided by his coach Chip Kelly after Masoli pleaded guilty to a second-degree burglary charge, a Class C Felony, which the court will treat as a misdemeanor.

Masoli will serve a year probation, 140 hours of community service, and restitution of over $5,000. 

Masoli has been suspended for all of the 2010 season, but his career at Oregon may not be over.  Masoli has a redshirt year that he could use next season and return in 2011.
