I’m Just Sayin’: A Case for the Mountain West in the BCS

... the postseason, there is little to no room for change.

As the mid-major conferences usually sit back and look from the outside in, other advocates for change, such as myself, realize that there is little to no hope for a playoff.

The Mountain West has the most room to gripe though. This year they have won the bowl challenge by going 4-1 in their bowls, with their only loss by TCU, who lost to 14-0 Boise State from the Western Athletic Conference. 

Despite the disdain of the BCS, this is NOT a bad loss!

The Mountain West is a very good conference, despite not being an AQ conference (Automatic Qualifier into the BCS).
