Early in the game in the first quarter against Oregon, Locker suffered a deep thigh bruise which dramatically took away his running ability. Several times in last weeks game, Locker had the opportunity to take off and run with open field ahead of him. Instead, Locker opted to pass the ball instead of trying to run to risk any future injury.
