Houston Cougars Jump to 28-14 Half-Time Lead over Tulane

... a one-hour-45 minute first half, the Houston Cougars jumped out to a 24-12 lead over the Tulane Green Wave at Robertson Stadium in Houston.

Houston got on the scoreboard at the 11:18 mark in the first quarter on a three-yard run by running back Bryce Beall. Matt Hogan split the uprights for the extra point.

Beall again carried the ball for the Cougars’ second score on a one-yard run at the 14:56 mark of the 2nd quarter.

Running back Michael Hayes also got into the scoring act on a one-yard run taking the score to 21-0 at the 12:03 mark.
