Consistency: Can Virginia Tech Hold the Current Record for 10-Win Seasons?

... has been over 10 years since Virginia Tech last had a shot to play in the National Championship. Since then they have participated in three BCS bowls with an overall record of 2-1.

This may seem somewhat mediocre when comparing to current powerhouses like Alabama, Texas, USC, LSU, or Florida, but the Hokies have the opportunity to do something the previously mentioned schools can't: With four more wins, they can hold the current streak for most 10-win seasons, with seven.
