... West High School has a top running back that isn't getting much love. 

Senior running back Nick Burrello has been the school's top performer this year, but has yet to get a serious offer from a college program. 

Burrello has been the star of Glenbard West's varsity team for two years running. 

In 2009, as a junior, Burrello netted 1,867 total yards of offense. He was a kick returner, wide receiver and running back. He had 658 yards receiving, 584 yards rushing and 625 return yards for 10 total touchdowns. 

After his junior year, Burrello was nominated for 2009 Illinois Player of the Year.  His accomplishments that year made for Bleacher Report - College Football
