BCS Rankings Week 4 Projection: No. 13 Oklahoma State Cowboys Roll

Article By on 7th November, 2010

BCS Rankings Week 4 Projection How They Got Here: The Cowboys’ only loss this season was to a strong Nebraska team, and they have crushed some pretty strong teams like Texas Tech and Kansas State.

Why No. 13: Up until yesterday, I thought that Oklahoma State was good. Not  great.

But after yesterday’s beat down of a very good Baylor team, I am convinced. The Cowboys are the real deal and perhaps the best team in the Big 12.

Staying Power: With the Texas Longhorns apparently experiencing an identity crisis, the only real test that the Cowboys have yet to pass lies at the end of the season.

Oklahoma State has a very good shot at defeating the Oklahoma Sooners on November 27th. The Sooners haven’t been looking like the Sooners we’re used to this season, and the Cowboys will definitely give them a run for their money.

We could see an Oklahoma State vs. Nebraska rematch in the Big 12 Championship.
