Maybe it will be Utah to the Pac-10, or BYU? How about TCU to the Big 12? Or Memphis to the Big East.

What I've never understood is why the BCS leagues are given free reign to pick and choose who is of value to their conference. What's the point of joining a league when you're considered a second class citizen?
