On a weekend where there were some statement games, all you saw were blowouts and upset losses.  The best win on the weekend for the ACC, was Wake Forest beating Duke, and that’s just because it was a conference game.

You had a No. 13-ranked Virginia Tech team lose to a lowly FCS team at home. 

Georgia Tech was embarrassed on the road against a Kansas team that previously lost to Idaho 6-3.

Then upset hopefuls, Florida State and Miami both lost on the road.

So, the top four teams from my previous rankings all lost but only one doing that in reasonable fashion, the Miami Hurricanes.
