... Kelly, there are still a few more important hires to make.  The first being in strength and conditioning.

Over the past few years the Irish have looked just plain flat at times.  Besides the fourth quarter comebacks last season, the team as a whole looked as though they were gassed coming into the second half. 

Kelly must make a strong hire and bring in someone that can turn the Irish into the second half team they need to be in order to compete with the USC's and Florida's in the FBS.
