... Seferian-Jenkins, will be making his commitment announcement on August 16. Jenkins is ranked as the No. 1 prospect at his position by Rivals and No. 3 on Scout and has been heavily sought-after for months. 

The 5-star recruit made his intentions to commit on August 16 earlier this month and then narrowed his choices down to two schools after a visit to Austin last week. 

"It’s down to Washington and Texas and that’s who I’ll decide between," Seferian-Jenkins said.
